Dear Readers,“ I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord”. “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”. Bible.
Indeed, I feel privileged to put down a few thoughts as the session comes to an end. The primary aspect that we took up this session was to help the children to develop their inborn talents.Plato says, “Do not train children to learning by force and harshness, but direct them to it by what amuses their minds so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of each child”. Each teacher took up the task seriously in their own way to draw the best out of the child through different co-curricular activities in particular the cultural fest, sports day , Christmas celebration etc.They were enthused with passion for their work, to do it to the best of their ability.
Dear parents you have an important role to play as your child goes through different stages of life. . In the Bible we find a passage that tells us exactly what to do and how to do it. For example cph. 6:4 which states “ Do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.” It means that accompanying the child and keeping the communication gap open. Correct her/him when needed, encourage and appreciate all that he or she does in the school or at home. Never compare your child with others, it will lead to their downfall.
We the management and the teaching staff are co- partners in rearing and mentoring the children entrusted to us in the school . Thank you dear parents for reposing your trust in us for the growth of your child.
Gandhi says, “Where there is love there is life”. Let us love our children and always pray for them to fulfil the dream that they have. “Thou who hast given so much to me, give me one more thing.. a grateful heart” George Herbert.Thank you dear parents for your cooperation, support and timely help whenever I approached you. I also owe my gratitude to the teaching staff for their dedic ation , hard work and willingness to make things happen.
Last but not the least a word of appreciation to the supporting staff for their constant assistant in keeping the campus clean and all other work which they do willingly.
